SO much to state. So short amount of time. Currently I’m inside a restaurant as I just transferred into my brand-new place and haven’t create the internet yet. Hmmm what else? I bought a new sofa! The color seems like the inside of an almond; I’m deeply in love with it because it’s one particular couches that totally gorgeous but also amazingly comfy. It’s being delivered on Fri so I’m going to be sure to talk about some photos quickly. I’m also obtaining an AMAZING vintage refinished desk from a good friend (Hi Sherry!). And made supremely decadent (yet still healthy) by the best combo known to mankind: pb & chocolate.

One fudgy delicious chocolate brownie for 139 calories?

I’d say that’s completely worth it. Plus, good elements = good nourishment.

Incidentally, if you are a fan of frozen or cool treats (like Reese’s PB Cups), i quickly suggest popping these in the fridge or freezer once they’re cool. I love mine cold! If you wish to make these a bit more decadent, drizzle warm peanut butter outrageous and sprinkle with sea salt. Yeah, HEAVEN.

Ingredients

1/4 cup honey (agave or maple syrup if vegan)

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I use Trader Joe’s)

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 teaspoon salt, if desired

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, plus 2 tablespoons for sprinkling at the top (I use the TAKE IT EASY brand to create them vegan)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 8×8 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a big bowl of electric powered mixer or food processor, cream collectively peanut butter, honey, vanilla and applesauce until clean. Add cocoa natural powder, baking soda, and salt; blend again until clean. Gently collapse 1/4 cup of chocolate potato chips into batter. Pour batter into ready baking skillet and smooth best. I usually squirt my spatula with cooking spray to help spread it out consistently. Sprinkle staying 2 tablespoons of delicious chocolate chips outrageous.

Bake for 18-22 moments or until best is just collection. It’s okay if indeed they look a little underdone; we want these to be fudgy! Plus they are vegan which means you don’t need to worry about them cooking all the way through. Cool on cable rack so long as you can. Cut into 12 delicious squares!

These are awesome cold or iced, too!

If you want to help to make these a bit more decadent, drizzle warm peanut butter over the top and sprinkle with ocean salt.
