These stuffed lovely potatoes happened too.

I took extra low fat turkey breasts and cooked it with cinnamon, nutmeg, ocean salt, black pepper, along with a bit of dark brown sugar.

On the other hand apples and onions were caramelized until soft, juicy and sweet. Combine the apples and onion mixture with the turkey plus some serious magic happens.

Wait though! The best part is yet to come.

A lovely maple glaze! That’s right, consider maple syrup and drizzle over the top your stuffed sweeties.

Stuffed Special Potatoes with Turkey, Caramelized Onions & Apple

2 tsp of olive oil

1 white or yellowish onion, sliced

1 large apple – peeled, cored, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon of dark brown sugar

1 tsp sea salt

Fresh ground dark pepper

2 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 tsp of nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

Clean the sweet potatoes. Having a fork, poke each lovely potatoes a couple of times. Spray special potatoes with cooking food spray and place on cooking pan. Bake for about 45 moments, or until a blade can be inserted into center.

Meanwhile, in a skillet temperature 1 tsp of essential olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, sprinkle a little bit of sea salt and pepper and make until onions begin to soften about 6 minutes. Lower the heat just a tad and add the apple. Cook for about 8 a few minutes until apples become tender. Increase the temperature to medium-high and make until caramelized along with a bit brown.

In the mean time in another moderate pan, combine 1 tsp of olive oil over moderate heat. Add floor turkey breasts, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1 tsp of ocean salt and dark pepper and make until meat is no longer red and juice are clear. Add the caramelized apples and onions and 1 tablespoon of dark brown sugars. Cover and reduce high temperature to low.

After allowing sweet potatoes cool a bit, slice down the middle and cut slits the contrary way. Force the potatoes open up and stuff each using the turkey, apple & onion combine. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of sugar-free maple syrup if desired.
