Cream butter in medium-speed with a power mixer. Add both sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until fluffy. Add the sodium and flour, combine until completely included. Fold in chocolate chips. Move the cookie dough into small balls. Cover and shop within the refrigerator.

for the ice cream

Combine the sweetened condensed milk and two teaspoons of blue gel meals coloring. Stir until the food coloring is completely incorporated.

In the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment (or in a medium sized bowl with a hand-held electric mixer), whipped heavy cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. Collapse the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk. Collapse in ¾ from the cookie dough pieces.

Pour the blue blend into a 9×5 loaf skillet. Top with staying cookie dough and sprinkle with mini chocolates potato chips. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
